**Job Description:**
We are looking for a part-time Virtual Assistant who will play a vital role in helping streamline systems, manage priorities, and support the execution of exciting new programs. You’ll be working with online tools, project management systems, and social media platforms while ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Support project management through Trello and other organizational tools.
* Assist in launching and managing an AI-powered program.
* Handle scheduling, task prioritization, and follow-ups.
* Assist in managing Go High Level, Skool, and various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
* Migrate files, clients, and courses from Kajabi to Go High Level.
* Collaborate on processes, then independently execute tasks.
* Contribute to a positive and fun team culture while staying detail-focused.
**Qualifications:**
* Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
* Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently after initial guidance.
* Comfortable using project management and social media platforms.
* Must be proactive, resourceful, and adaptable.
**Tools You Will Use:**
* Trello
* Go High Level
* Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
* Skool (basic familiarity is a plus)
**Working Hours:**
* Part-Time: 20 Hours per Week
* Between 8 AM – 5 PM Arizona time, with a preference for morning hours.
* Graveyard Shift (US Timezone)
* Hourly Rate: $5-$8/hr
