Are you an experienced accounting professional with a passion for real estate? We're looking for a Property Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for managing financial records and reporting for a portfolio of properties while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. ### What You'll Do:
- Prepare and maintain financial statements for a portfolio of properties.
- Manage capital leases and monthly payment schedules.
- Review property loan requirements and analyze loan activity.
- Process accounts receivable and analyze tenant lease provisions.
- Assist with property projections and cash flow analysis.
- Prepare complex journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Oversee general ledger transactions and assist with month-end close activities.
- Maintain fixed assets and ensure accurate tracking.
- Prepare corporate and real estate property budgets.
- Review property tax and insurance accounts for accuracy.
- Assist with the preparation of annual entity tax returns.

### What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or property management.
- Strong bookkeeping skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with Yardi (a plus but not required).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide insights.
