Proposal & Marketing Strategist

Location: Little Rock, AR

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 + Benefits

Were hiring a Proposal & Marketing Strategist to lead the development of business proposals, RFP responses, and marketing initiatives for a fast-growing company. The right candidate will be an exceptional writer, detail-oriented, and highly organized - someone who can translate technical and business information into clear, persuasive content.

What You'll Do

• Own the entire proposal process, from analyzing RFP requirements to drafting, editing, formatting, and submitting polished, high-quality proposals.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and legal teams to create proposals that are strategic, compliant, and compelling.
• Write, edit, and proofread content that effectively communicates value and differentiates the company from competitors.
• Maintain a well-organized database of past proposals, templates, and key content for efficiency.
• Manage deadlines, version control, and quality assurance to ensure all submissions meet client requirements.
• Support marketing initiatives, including content development, collateral creation, and campaign management, when proposal volume is low.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5+ years of experience in proposal writing, proposal management, or business development.
• Proven ability to write concise, persuasive, and highly polished proposals that win business.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop).
• Experience with CRM and marketing tools is a plus.
• A proactive, resourceful mindsetsomeone who takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
