**Adecco is currently assisting a client in their search to fill Provider Services Staffing Coordinator positions located in Minneapolis, MN**
**Job Title: Provider Services Staffing Coordinator**
**Location: Minneapolis, MN**
**Hours: Mon - Fri 8am-5pm**
**Rate: $** **26.00/HR.**
**Description**
· The Provider Services Staffing Coordinator will manage the weekend/holiday supplemental staffing process, including backing up weekday staffing.
· Incumbent will provide weekly/monthly/yearly reporting for per diem and regular physicians.
· Incumbent must be able to independently determine and apply probable solutions to issues and challenges affecting the provider supplemental staff.
· Must be able to be on-call and carry a cell phone 24/7/365. Ability to interact, influence, partner
· and gain the acceptance of physician leadership.
· Must possess and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to handle provider issues with tact and diplomacy.
· Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
· Ability to adhere to professional standards and confidentiality
**Education**
High School Diploma / GED

**Pay Details:** $26.00 per hour
