PT Customer Service Representative (Evening Shift) Location Folcroft, PA :

The PT Customer Service Representative is responsible for being the front line of communication for FarmArt Produce.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Answer incoming orders from customers via email, phone or voicemail and clearly notate the orders in the system.
• Enter customer data into the system.
• Generate pick tickets for the warehouse staff.
• Highlight add-on or special items on pick ticket for each customer.
• Make changes in the system to existing invoices.
• Resolve any other customer issues when called upon.
• Assist preparing final invoice for the customer.
• Route the invoices to transportation for each driver.
• Process credit requests when drivers return from route and enter them in the system.
• Assist with credit memos.
• Assist with administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal, written and customer service skills.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with great phone customer service.
• Ability to multi-task and problem solve.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to use the computer and programs.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Light lifting, push or pull up to 20lbs.
• Ability to sit at a desk for long periods.
• Ability to walk into the warehouse occasionally.

Job Type: Part-time
