  • Collaborate with internal teams to uncover story ideas and highlight notable achievements
  • Write advertorials, press releases, media pitches, and supporting content to promote company milestones, projects, and initiatives
  • Coordinate and support media interviews, including scheduling, preparing internal spokespeople, and working with our PR agency on logistics
  • Coordinate with Garney’s external PR agency on media outreach, campaign planning, and content development

  • 3–5 years of experience in public relations, communications, or content marketing— either in-house or at an agency
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong grasp of tone, structure, and audience
  • Experience writing press releases, award entries, and/or technical abstracts
  • Ability to interview subject matter experts and translate technical content into accessible stories
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working across teams and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with media tracking tools or processes is a plus
