Responsibilities

• Collaborate with top-tier sales agents to expertly guide clients in their home search, learning from Master Negotiators.
• Clients will prefer working with you because of the systems our team uses to find them their dream home.
• Skillfully draft and negotiate offers, ensuring the best representation for both clients and sales agents.
• Engage in weekly script practice sessions to uphold the team's high standards.
• Participate in team events and activities to maintain alignment with our exceptional standards.
• Weekly coaching, Hangouts, and Partner Calls to enhance your skills and foster growth— because who doesn't want to be the Yoda of real estate?

Qualifications

Skills You Have: 

• People oriented.
• Positive, happy attitude.
• Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car
• Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes
• Learning based personality
• Ambitious with proven ability to succeed
• High school graduate
• Willingness to grow
• Real estate license (License required to join the team, but not to apply!)
