$80,000 – $200,000+ annually

Why Choose Fathom Realty?

Flexible Commission Plans:

• Fathom Max Plan:   Pay a flat $465 per transaction with an annual cap of $9,000. Post-cap transactions incur a low $165 fee.
  
• Fathom Share Plan:   Enjoy a 12% commission split (minimum $465) with an annual cap of $12,000. Post-cap transactions also have a $165 fee.  
  

• Revenue Share Program:  Earn additional income by sponsoring agents, with earnings from up to five levels deep. Levels 1 and 2 are automatically unlocked, and you can unlock further levels by maintaining active producing agents in your network.  
  

No Hidden Fees:

• No monthly, desk, technology, or franchise fees.
  

• Annual fee of $700, due on the first transaction of each anniversary year.
