About the Role:Â Â
We are seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Underwriting Analyst to join our deal team. This is a critical role responsible for the financial modeling and analysis that drives our investment decisions. The successful candidate will support the full deal lifecycle, from initial screening and underwriting to client-facing tasks and presentation development.Â

Key Responsibilities:Â
Deal Underwriting & Modeling: Conduct comprehensive deal underwriting, including cash flow modeling, sensitivity analysis, and financial return calculations for potential industrial real estate investments.Â
Broker & Client Communication: Manage professional correspondence and calls with external brokers and clients, supporting deal negotiation and execution.Â
Presentation Drafting: Prepare detailed investment committee memos and professional presentations for internal and external stakeholders.Â
LOI Submission: Draft and facilitate the submission of Letters of Intent (LOIs) for target properties.Â
Administrative Support: Provide necessary administrative and content creation support to the investment team.Â

Qualifications:Â
RequiredÂ
Experience: 1â2 years of relevant experience in real estate finance or underwriting.Â
Skills: Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, coupled with demonstrated ability to handle client-facing communications.Â
Work Schedule: Must be able to work US business hours.Â
PreferredÂ
Prior experience in the Industrial Real Estate sector.Â
Experience with a private equity or investment firm environment.Â
Proficiency in advanced financial modeling and presentation software.Â
