• Responsible for answering the phones and greeting visitors
• Provide exceptional customer service to our residents and their families
• Professional and positive attitude and appearance
• Ensure work area is clean and presentable at all times
• Has excellent communication skills
• Is detail-oriented and organized
• Has the ability to multi-task in a busy environment
• Willing to learn new things
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with utilizing computers
• Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.

We provide 24/7 coverage for our residents, so we have a variety of shifts typically available day, or night, weekdays, and weekends. Flexible scheduling to fit your needs. Full-time and Part-time positions available. Immediate need for weekend and overnight shifts

Hourly rates that start at $17.00 hr.

Fulltime Receptionists are eligible for a great benefits package including medical,dental, and vision plans and a 401k plan with a 4% employer match.
