Recruiter Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing through offer acceptance
Build and nurture long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
Strategically identify and engage top talent through various sourcing channels
Partner with Business Development Managers to deliver best-in-class hiring solutions
Consistently hit and exceed recruitment and revenue goals
Recruiter Requirements:
2-4 years of recruiting experience from a staffing agency environment; experience recruiting in the fields of accounting & finance, technology, engineering, supply chain, marketing, sales, human resources, or administrative/clerical is highly preferred
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and close
Proven success working in a performance-driven environment
A proactive, self-starting attitude with excellent time management skills
Desire for continued career growth within a dynamic, team-oriented company
Comfortable with a hybrid schedule (Mon–Thurs onsite, Fri remote)
Compensation & Benefits:
This role offers a base salary plus an uncapped commission plan. Base salary is $70K and OTE is $80-110K.
