We are looking for an executive-level Regional Property Manager to support the growth of our business and the expansion of our portfolio. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated candidate to oversee a portfolio of properties in the Greater Boston Area. The selected candidate will have full responsibility for all phases of management for the properties under their supervision, fully engaging with their staff and our clients, and ensuring that the properties are managed in the most effective, efficient, and economical manner consistent with Maloney’s policies and directives.
The selected candidate will have experience with developing new business, management plans, marketing, lease-ups, capital improvements, personnel policy, record-keeping and reporting systems, and ensuring compliance with various regulatory agencies including HUD, and compliance with the LIHTC program.
