Responsibilities: In this role you will help Confluent and our brand partners attract, engage, and hire Top talent for a myriad of positions. Your day to day responsibilities are as follows:

• Manage requisitions and process applicants in our applicant tracking system in a timely and accurate way.
• Source qualified candidates for specific positions using various job posting/search mediums.
• Creatively network and use social media to contact/search for applicants.
• Aggressively pursue both active and passive candidates.
• Conduct initial screening of applications and resumes, completing reference checks, evaluating candidates and making recommendations for hire.
• Discuss hiring terms and qualifications with candidates.
• Act as a liaison between our outpatient clinics and candidates.

Qualification:

• Bachelors in marketing or HR preferred
• Healthcare background preferred
• Prior recruiting experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities
