Job Description

Are you a Registered Nurse looking for an exciting opportunity in Taylor, MI? Our expanding home care center is searching for a dedicated team member to take on the role of Home Visiting RN, Healthcare Registered Nurse.   • Work with patients and their families to provide individualized care as specified by the physician's orders and care plan
  • Evaluate the health status of patients in order to give appropriate nursing care
  • Implement appropriate treatments and medications to ensure timely recovery
  • Monitor the healing process of patients and adjust care accordingly
  • Monitor patients’ medications and their reactions as per the doctor's orders
  • Provide emotional support and advocate for patient rights
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient care
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree or higher in nursing
  • Currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing
  • Two years of nursing experience preferred
  • Must have a positive attitude and acceptance of the philosophy and goals of Home Care Wellness LLC
  • Must possess the ability to exercise independence and initiative
  • At least one year of experience as a nurse is necessary
