About the Role:

As a Work From Home Travel Agent, you will:

• Consult with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
• Research and recommend travel options, including flights, accommodations, transportation, tours, and activities.
• Create and book customized travel itineraries.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire travel planning process, from initial inquiry to post-trip follow-up.
• Stayup-to-date on the latest travel trends, destinations, and supplier promotions.  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel suppliers.
• Manage client payments and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team. (If applicable)

Qualifications:

• Passion for travel and a strong desire to help others plan memorable vacations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Proficient with computer systems and online travel platforms.
• Previous travel agent experience is a plus, but not required.
