LabCorp is seeking a Report Coordinator I to join our team in **Phoenix, AZ** . This role works in a high volume, production based environment performing a vital component of clinical lab science. This position performs a variety of activities in support of pathology services. This position will perform administrative/clerical and laboratory assistance on behalf of the pathology staff. This position will require direct communication with clients and laboratory staff. Schedule: **1st, Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, required overtime as needed.** **** This is NOT a remote role**** **Job Duties/Responsibilities:** + Assign and distribute cases + Monitor and manage work queues + Coordinate consults and Send-outs + Process internal test add-ons and liaise with the labs + Research, trouble-shoot and follow up on client inquiries and problems **Requirements:** + High school diploma or equivalent + Previous medical/lab or production experience is preferred + Comfortability with handling biological specimens + Ability to accurately identify specimens + Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills + High level of attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multitask + Ability to work in a fast paced production environment and meet established turn-around times + Strong communication skills; both written and verbal + Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time + Flexibility to work overtime as needed **_Benefits:_** **Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
