Opportunity to make up to $60-100,000 / year WITH a Professional License

Increases depend on individual's drive, experience, and contribution Contact us! Responsibilities: As a Professional Licensed Inspector, you will be expected to service both clients and realtors in real estate transactions.

Work withthe Office Team and streamlined system- not answer the phone in an attic!
Monitor emails and calendar
Daily variety, investigation
Able to get on roofs, be fit
Learn the correct way to inspect homes in the streamline system & software
Learn easy-to-use software with a provided pc
Have a win-win attitude and grow in skills, compensation
Review and discuss any callbacks and report questions
Maintain vehicle

Qualifications:

TREC Licensed
Maintain Certifications
Customer Service / Strong Communication Skills
PC Skills & Typing Skills
Drive own Auto
Basic Knowledge of Residential Construction
Dependable & Timely
Enjoy Helping Others
Overall Good Health
Highly Ethical
Limited / No Inspection Experience? It's OK; We'll train you!
