Job Description

• provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
• Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Prepare and display new merchandise.
• Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash, and store or other credit and debit cards.
• Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Maintain a standard of cleanliness in the store by following set guidelines
• Make shift schedules.
• Managing employees and administrative tasks.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the retail space.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal skills, including having an approachable and friendly manner.
• A flexible schedule.
• Experience working cash register.
• Abillity to manage Clover inventory a plus.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 29 per week
