Department/Unit:Perioperative PRNWork Shift:Per Diem (United States of America)Salary Range:$78,773.63 - $122,099.12Position will focus on education of current staff and orientation of new staff. The position includes auditing, and is part of the leadership team.Salary Range $71,547.00 - $118,053QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily as outlined in the attached annual competency assessment. Must hold current New York State Registered Nurse registration and certification or eligible for licensure in New York State. EXPERIENCE:Demonstrated clinical competence and in depth knowledge in specialty area. COMMUNICATION SKILLS:Creates a collegial and collaborative environment among all members of the healthcare team. Demonstrated effective leadership, teaching, research and communication skills.PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:Demonstrates responsibility and accountability for decisions. Utilizes problem-solving and decision making skills. Coaches and mentors staff. Researches and develops specialty specific practice standards and communicates them to other staff in their area of specialty.REASONING ABILITY:Ability to identify problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
