We are looking for a roofing inspector.
We will provide this person with the right tools and equipment to successfully inspect all types of roofs.
We are looking for someone who wants to build a career as a roofing expert. This person will have had or will receive extensive training, certification and manufacturer training on all types of roofing systems.
You will primarily be responsible for completing inspections of shingle, and membrane roofs.
The position is part time.
Our work includes property inspections in the central Ohio area.

Requirements
-Must enjoy and be proficient at writing and preparing quality reports.
-Must be able to go into crawl spaces and attics.
-Must be extremely comfortable climbing on ladders and going on roofs.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to talk directly with customers on a daily basis.
-A fascination with buildings, inspection, and all building related systems.
-Desire to want to work with a high performance, highly technical team.
