Job Description

North Country CJDR/FORD (A Grey Wolf Automotive Store) is growing and we are in need of experienced car sales professionals for our store in JASPER, Al. During the Covid-19 pandemic, our company retained 100% of its sales staff, kept paying 100% of their basic health insurance and has increased bonuses ever since. We have one of the best pay plans in the area, where we pay commission on Front and Back end profits. Previous auto sales experience preferred but not necessary for the right candidate:

Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business. Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses. Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day Qualifications: Automotive sales experience required but not required for the right individual. Available to work flexible hours & weekends Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product. Fantastic communication skills with your customers Professional, well-groomed personal appearance. Clean driving record Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
