Characteristics, Skills & Experience: Must be 21 years or older to apply and possess the below experience. We are looking for candidates that have: Outgoing, dynamic, charismatic personality.; Professional & engaging.; Self-Driven, Goal Oriented and motivated to make $$$$.; Strong communication skills, ability to take feedback and a great team ethic; Strong Presentation Skills on Microphone,; Comfortable speaking in front of large audiences; Strong customer focus and dedication to customer retention; Always ready to adapt to change, improvise, innovate and take initiative; Sales Experience, in particular jewelry sales is preferred but not required / Ship experience preferred but not required.; Non- Traditional & diverse backgrounds and interests are welcome, such as: Actors/Performers, Comedians, Tour Guides, Hospitality Industry professionals, Presenters, Trainers and also Real Estate professionals!; Physical Demands, Travel & Life Onboard: Entry-level basic salary across most our positions is $1250 (non-negotiable); Plus, commission - the % increases as targets are met, with uncapped earning potential starting from $1; All costs for personal documents (visas, police clearance, medicals) are at the candidate's expense. The company will cover travel expenses, including flights to and from the vessel, at the start and end of the contract. Contracts are 6 months long, and crew members will have shared living quarters with essential comforts incl. a bathroom. No fees are charged onboard for living expenses, food, laundry, etc. Internet is available at a cost.
