Job Description

We’re hiring a Filipino **Sales Development Representative (SDR)** with strong experience in lead generation, client outreach, and relationship building. This role is ideal for someone confident, persuasive, and results-driven—someone who loves turning prospects into qualified leads that fuel business growth.

**Responsibilities:**

* Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach
* Conduct research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers
* Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and contact information
* Nurture relationships with prospects to move them through the sales funnel
* Schedule appointments and hand off qualified leads to the sales team
* Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop effective outreach strategies
* Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for calls, meetings, and qualified leads

**Qualifications:**

* Filipino candidate with at least 1 year of experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar sales role
* Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, and email outreach
* Familiar with CRM tools such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or Pipedrive
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
* Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills with a goal-oriented mindset
* Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
* Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and systems
