• We are looking for an experienced Architect with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce Data Migration, Salesforce Data Integration, and will work in a hybrid model.
• The role requires proficiency in English for reading, writing, and speaking.
• The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless data migration and integration processes within our Salesforce environment.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce data migration projects to ensure seamless transition of data.
• Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other systems to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team during data migration and integration processes. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data migration and integration processes.
• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the migration and integration lifecycle.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of data migration and integration processes to identify and address any issues.
• Implement best practices for data migration and integration to optimize performance and efficiency.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure successful implementation of data migration and integration solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data migration and integration issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Provide training and support to end-users on data migration and integration processes.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and updates to ensure optimal use of the platform.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience in Salesforce Data Migration and Salesforce Data Integration.
• Should have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues.
• Must be proficient in English for reading, writing, and speaking.
• Should have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Nice to have experience with other Salesforce modules and tools.
• Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Should have a strong understanding of data quality and integrity principles.
