Title: Salesforce Developer (x2) Location: Remote (occasional travel may be required) Notes: Remote position - but candidates in Pacific/Mountain Time Zones will not be considered. Must be Eastern or Central. Sales Cloud/Financial Services Cloud is an absolute MUST They also have to have a solid understanding of Data Management. These developers will be working very closely with Data Architects/Data Management team if they do not have that experience, they will not be considered. Excellent communication skills is an ABSOLUTE must-have (If you think they have a thick accent, please do not bother submitting). They have to communicate with all levels, so it's very important. Requirements Experience level: Intermediate (3 - 5 years Salesforce development experience) Clouds: Proven hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and MUST have Financial Services Cloud. Core skills: Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, SOQL. Experience configuring and extending standard Salesforce objects. Working with Salesforce as a system of record for key master data elements (e.g. Accounts, Contacts, Products). Ways of working: Agile delivery experience. Comfortable working as part of a joint internal/partner delivery team. Ability to collaborate with Solution Architect, Data Architect, and Business Analysts. Responsibilities Contribute to the build and enhancement of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud as part of Accelerant's CRM and data strategy. Work on core Salesforce objects and master data models to ensure stability, scalability, and integrity. Build and refine user stories under guidance of the Solution Architect and delivery leads. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing. Support knowledge transfer into the internal team.
