SAP HCM Developer

 

• Implementation, application support, and upgrade projects in the SAP HCM/ HR domain.
• Workday integrations with SAP R/3 by using PECI and PICOF files.
• Experience with EHP5, EHP6&EHP7 SAP GUI R3 versions.
• Expertise in solution architecture and product design in SAP HCM ERP.
• Designing the structural flow of data from Workday to SAP R/3 using PECI by understanding the client's needs.
• Configuring the SAP R/3 system to transform the PECI file data into required formats.
• Creating the foundation objects.
• Providing guidance to clients on system readiness.
• Helping the client download the integration certificates.
• Implementing enhanced integration to fill the gaps in data flow with PECI files.
• Defining the scenarios and test case checklist documents based on client requirements.
• Testing PECI files in various phases to stabilize the interface.
• Setting up the process automation for the PECI files.
