IMMEDIATE HIRE – Seasonal  On Call Snow Removal! $20/HOUR 

Monarch is looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to join our Seasonal On-Call Snow Removal Team in Marquette, Michigan! This position plays an important role in keeping our communities safe and accessible throughout the winter season. If you’re someone who doesn’t mind fresh air, early hours, and the satisfaction of a clear walkway, this is a great opportunity!

Responsibilities:

• Shovel snow from sidewalks, walkways, stairs, and building entrances
• Apply salt or ice melt to prevent slips and falls
• Respond to snow events on an on-call basis
• Work efficiently and safely in winter weather conditions
• Operating a Snow blower
• Communicate with the team as needed during snow events

Qualifications:

• Reliable and able to respond when called
• Comfortable working outdoors in snowy and cold conditions
• Ability to lift and use a shovel for extended periods
• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
