The **Security Site Supervisor** will act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers and security officers. They will supervise site staff and provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range. Detect and prevent any suspicious activity, observe and reports incidents, and provides customer service in a friendly and professional manner. **Minimum Requirements:** + Prior work experience involving dealing with customers, troubleshooting, and/or managing stressful situations + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles + Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
