Job Description

Seeking a detail-oriented and driven Senior Audit Associate to join the growing public accounting practice. This role is ideal for a professional with at least two years of progressive public accounting experience who is ready to take on in-charge responsibilities and lead audit engagements. The Senior Audit Associate will work closely with clients across industries, with preference given to candidates with manufacturing sector experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required; CPA license or eligibility strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive public accounting experience with in-charge auditing responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB rules and standards.
• Proven ability to manage multiple engagements, priorities, and deadlines.
• Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Experience in the manufacturing sector preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.

This role will sit ONSITE out of Wichita, KS.
