Job Description

Our client, an investment firm started by an industry veteran with a strong history of building and running insurance companies, is looking for a Senior Business Analyst. This role will function as a consultant to 24 different operating companies and work with executive leadership to gather requirements on their business and technical needs, problem solve issues that can further enhance revenue and/or mitigate costs, and then build a road map to implement those solutions using inhouse or outside resources.

Primary responsibilities will be to work on various system implementations for the Company and its subsidiaries. This will involve spending equal amounts of time working directly with business unit leadership and working independently and with the Systems and Analytics team on technical requirements as well as various ad hoc reporting requirements.

Requirements:
 

• Bachelor’s Degree Required
• Strong Excel and SQL required; Access, VBA, and/or Salesforce a plus
• 3+ years experience
• Systems implementation experience required
