Benchmark International is a leading global mergers and acquisitions advisory firm serving the middle market. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to play a key role in shaping and executing our visual brand across all marketing channels. This position is based at our Tampa headquarters and works closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact creative solutions that support strategic business initiatives.
Role Overview
The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for owning and elevating Benchmark International’s visual identity, delivering polished, on-brand creative across print and digital platforms. This role goes beyond execution — the ideal candidate brings creative leadership, strong conceptual thinking, and the ability to translate business objectives into compelling design solutions. The Senior Graphic Designer will manage multiple projects simultaneously, collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, and help maintain design standards across the organization.

Salary
This position offers a competitive annual salary range of $60,000–$90,000, commensurate with experience, skill level, and demonstrated design expertise.
