The Ski & Snowboard School Senior Manager oversees and is responsible for the overall guest and employee experience of the Ski and Snowboard School inclusive of; quality assurance, financial management, business development, hiring, employee experience and relations, training, guest relations, personal and employee development, community relations, and job specific duties as defined by the senior director.

The expected pay range is $68,545.70 - $90,333.07 + Annual Bonus. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
