Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Developer with a strong background in artificial intelligence to join our AI squad. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional squads to bring AI-driven solutions.

What you’ll be doing:

• Collaborate with the chief architect, technical project manager, and main stakeholders to implement an AI-driven content management system using Retool and Windmill.
• Develop and maintain workflows that leverage AI technologies to enhance diverse types of content generation ensuring high quality and relevance.
• Build and maintain API integrations with various third-party services to facilitate seamless data exchange and enhance functionality.
• Research and implement new techniques for enriching AI-generated content, focusing on improving context and user engagement.
• Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in planning sessions, backlog refinement, and decomposition and provide technical guidance throughout the development lifecycle.

What you’ll bring:

• 6+ years of experience in software development with proficiency in Python (Go is a plus)
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and experience in implementing AI solutions.
• Proficiency in developing applications using frameworks like Flask or Django.
• Experience with Retool, Windmill, or similar tools for rapid application development is a plus.
• Familiar with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about complex systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for driving the development for the best results.
