Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced RevPro Specialist to provide ongoing support for Revenue Close processes, system enhancements, and seamless integration between Oracle and RevPro. This role is critical to ensuring the continuity of revenue operations, month-end close activities, and ongoing system improvements following the transition of responsibilities from the outgoing owner.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Close Support:

• Lead and execute monthly and year-end revenue close activities in RevPro, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to revenue recognition, contract modifications, billing, and journal entries. Coordinate with Accounting, FP&A, and Revenue teams across multiple time zones (India, US PST, Philippines, Australia).

RevPro System Enhancements:

• Implement and validate system enhancements, including SSP changes, POB changes, bundle setup changes, and custom logic. Manage and document setup changes, background jobs, and system refreshes (sandbox and production environments). Support audit and compliance activities, including GRC and PBC requests.

Oracle & RevPro Integration:

• Oversee and optimize the integration between Oracle and RevPro, including transaction uploads, bundle uploads, and event processing. Ensure data consistency and integrity across systems, and support reconciliation and reporting requirements. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to address integration issues and implement improvements.

Production Support & Escalations:

• Provide production support for revenue operations, including monitoring scheduled jobs, resolving blockers, and maintaining business continuity. Act as a first and second-level escalation point for revenue system issues. Maintain documentation and knowledge transfer materials for ongoing support.

Knowledge Transfer & Collaboration:

• Participate in and lead KT sessions as needed, ensuring smooth handover of responsibilities. Work closely with incoming owners, delegates, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and continuity.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Zuora RevPro, including deep expertise in revenue recognition, contract management, and system configuration.
• Proven experience integrating RevPro with Oracle ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of revenue close processes, audit requirements, and financial reporting.
• Experience with system enhancements, custom logic, and troubleshooting in RevPro.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across global teams and time zones.
• Experience supporting production environments and handling critical month-end and year-end activities.
• Ability to document processes, lead KT sessions, and ensure knowledge continuity.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior consulting experience with Zuora or similar SaaS financial systems.
• Experience with Revenue operations or similar SaaS business models.
• Familiarity with compliance and audit processes (GRC, PBC).
