1099 Siding Installer

Earning Potential of $55,000 to $85,000 yearly – Based on Experience and Project Volume

As a 1099 Siding Installer , you will play a crucial role in helping homeowners improve their home's appearance and durability. You will represent our commitment to quality, excellence, and customer satisfaction on every jobsite.

What You’ll Do:

• Professionally install vinyl and fiber cement siding according to manufacturer guidelines and company standards
• Accurately measure, cut, and fit siding materials for a clean, precise finish
• Demonstrate craftsmanship and attention to detail in every installation
• Communicate clearly with homeowners to ensure a positive customer experience
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on every jobsite
• Collaborate with our production staff to coordinate materials, scheduling, and inspections
• Ensure timely completion of projects and report any issues or delays promptly
• Represent Southern Industries in a professional manner while on site

What You Need:

• Proven experience in siding installation (minimum 5 years preferred)
• Own tools, reliable truck/van, and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, work at heights, climb ladders, and perform physical labor
• General liability insurance and required business documentation
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the jobsite
• Willingness to comply with background checks and drug screening if required
