Compensation: This is an unpaid live-in position with housing fully covered.

The Sober Live-in Residential Monitor provides on-site supervision and support to residents in a structured, male sober living home. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to uphold program expectations while supporting residents in their recovery journey.
Note: Due to the nature of this specific residence and privacy needs of residents, this position requires a female staff member in accordance with DHS and state licensing regulations.Oversee daily operations of the sober house, ensuring a clean, safe, and supportive environment.
Conduct regular house meetings and wellness checks with residents.
Enforce program rules and expectations fairly and consistently.
Support residents in adhering to their recovery plans and attending meetings or treatment sessions.
Complete accurate documentation, including incident reports, progress notes, and UA logs in OneStep (if applicable).
Administer and record urine analyses (UAs) as required.
Coordinate maintenance requests, supplies, and resident move-ins/outs.
Communicate effectively with Fellowship Recovery staff, case managers, and other support professionals.
Provide on-call support or emergency response as needed.
Serve as a positive role model, demonstrating integrity, accountability, and recovery-oriented behavior.
Must have personal experience in recovery with at least 1 year of continuous sobriety (preferred).
Previous experience in housing management, peer support, or recovery leadership is a plus.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and professionally.
Proficient in note-taking, documentation, and using systems such as OneStep.
Flexible hours depending on the needs of the house.
May include some evenings and weekends.
No monetary wage; position is a housing exchange for service
