About you

We are looking for a Social Media Lead with a strong strategic mindset and creative spirit to join our US team! As Social Media Lead will be responsible for building out the US strategy to engage with various audience segments within the US. You have a proven track record of developing intriguing content and know how to push creative boundaries within social media, while supporting wider company objectives. You have a deep interest in finding ways to engage with our audience and strategically reaching new audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the Kings League US social media strategy across all platforms in alignment with the brand’s broader communication and marketing objectives.
  • Lead and manage the US social media team, including managers, content creators, and designers, ensuring excellence in execution and alignment with HQ guidelines.
  • Work closely with the Marketing, Content, Commercial, and PR departments to guarantee consistency, coherence, and impact across all brand channels.
  • Develop and oversee the editorial calendar, ensuring engaging, innovative, and high-quality content is produced and delivered across all platforms.
  • Monitor and anticipate social and digital trends, identifying opportunities for innovation, community engagement, and brand positioning.
  • Supervise the community management strategy, including tone of voice, engagement tactics, crisis response, and real-time activations.
  • Provide in-depth performance reports, extracting strategic insights and proposing clear actions to enhance KPIs and brand visibility.
  • Oversee benchmarking and competitive analysis, identifying best practices and adapting them to the brand’s needs.
  • Drive the development of creative, large-scale brand campaigns on social media, collaborating with internal and external partners.
  • Act as the main point of contact for HQ and senior leadership regarding social media performance, initiatives, and priorities.

Profile:

  • 6+ years of experience in social media strategy, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and drive results.
  • Deep knowledge of platform-specific strategies (Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Creative thinker with a passion for digital innovation, storytelling, and brand building.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
