We are looking for a Sr. Procurement Business Partner to join our Indirect-Retail procurement team in North America.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Sr. Procurement Business Partner, Retail NA  you are responsible for Retail spend categories for Coty’s US and Canada markets. The scope includes Permanent & Temporary Displays, Merchandisers, Beauty Advisors & Print (c. $100M Spend).

In this role you will work alongside the Procurement Director -Retail NA in the development of long-term strategic plans and in the execution of tactical procurement activities for your categories to deliver YOY savings, value-added efficiencies, ROI and innovation for the company.

Your main focus:

  • Lead complex sourcing projects in-line with category plans via project-based RFI/RFQ/RFP’s. Building timelines, pricing templates, scorecards, collaborating with stakeholder on pitch decks, liaising & negotiating with Suppliers.
  • Partner with Procurement Global category leads to ensure that global strategic plans are translated into regional and local opportunities for the region.
  • Build and maintain meaningful Stakeholder relationships, adapting your communication with them to influence & drive procurement goals.
  • Develop strong supplier relationships and SRM programs to accompany our turnaround strategy and our innovations.
  • Negotiate and execute Contracts with new vendors & oversee vendor adherence to Coty’s Sustainability requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

We’d love to see candidates who have:

Essential:

  • 3 - 5 years of tangible indirect procurement experience within consumer goods or luxury goods companies.
  • Excellent Category management capabilities: you combine high standards of fact/data-based approach and insights to build fit-for-purpose strategies, recommendations and roadmaps. You also master the procurement toolbox, including but not limited to negotiation, strategic sourcing, risk and contract management.
  • Concise, critical thinking and strong business acumen: boil down multiple data points into a simple but powerful story that drives decisions and outputs.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills along with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, including executives (verbal and written).
  • Experienced professional, who likes challenges, is agile, and has strong PowerPoint & Excel skills.
  • Project management: organized, structured and always have an overview of all the deliverables. You know how to bring multiple projects to a successful ending within the given timeframe.

Desirable:

  • Beauty industry experience is a plus.

  • Base Salary Range: $120,000-$135,000
