Other skills: VSAM files. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working in a global environment • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Ability to Prioritize Business Impact and Urgency • Perform application support tasks like systems support, security reviews, and maintenance tasks • Ability to learn new technologies and methodologies quickly | |
8 | Experience creating project documentation such as: technical specifications, process workflow, and database record and field specifications | |
8 | Experience to troubleshoot/resolve incidents and business support items in Mainframe | |
4 | Testing experience | |
4 | Experience in database management systems (IBM Data Studio, Squirrel) | |
