About The Position

We are looking for a versatile and skilled creative professional to join our team at iRESTORE as a Sr. Packaging Designer . In this role, you will work closely with the Creative and Product teams to conceptualize, design, and develop innovative, on-brand product packaging. Additionally, you will establish and maintain packaging standards that align with our brand identity and vision. This role will report to the Art Director. 

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with the Creative Director, Product Manager, and Founder to establish brand packaging guidelines with respect to brand voice and strategy.
• Take the lead on projects ranging from physical products to unboxing & brand collaterals.
• Generate original concepts with a fresh visual approach to design and materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee packaging development from concept to execution.
• Work closely with the Creative and Product teams, partnering with product developers, packaging engineers, and brand designers. 
• Maintain and enforce packaging design guidelines (typography, materials, color palettes) across all touchpoints, updating and refining as we grow into new markets.
• Ongoing creative exploration and development as we expand our product family.
• Packaging Guidelines: Color, typography, and category.
• Guidelines for different components: Tube, Jar, Bottles, etc.
• All print material design, including inserts, cosmetic packaging, device packaging, and PR kits.

The ideal candidate has:

• Is highly creative, proactive, and detail-obsessed.
• Has cosmetic packaging and medical device packaging design experience.
• Can lead creative direction on packaging design.
• Experienced working with founders.
• 5+ years of professional packaging design experience in an agency or in-house creative environment, preferably in the CPG/beauty industry. 
• Training or degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or Industrial Design.
• Strong portfolio that showcases skills and experience in packaging design, graphic design, typography, and color.
• Strong project management and organization skills.
