Must haves:
10-15 years of experience in BI reporting and analytics.
? Strong hands-on experience with Tableau and at least one of the following: Qlik, ThoughtSpot, Power BI, Cognos, Business Objects, or MicroStrategy.
? Experience working with large-scale data warehouses and strong SQL skills. The individual should understand the extraction and transformation process for reporting needs.
? Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, including star schema, fact and dimension tables, and SCDs. The individual will collaborate with data modelers to design efficient data models and optimize reporting structures.
? Experience working in nearshore and offshore team models.
? Ability to work collaboratively across business and technology teams to deliver data-driven solutions.

AIML/LLM Engineer
Locations: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid), (3 days onsite/2 WFH)- Local is preference but flexible for relocation case also. 
W2 Candidates - Visa open (H1b Transfer is also fine) USC, GC , GCEAD, H4EAD, L2EAD,TN
Must have skill: GPU clusters, API development, AI ML.

Required Skills:
API development, cloud-native architectures, and Generative AI frameworks like LLaMA, Mistral etc
FastAPI, Unicorn, and Swagger
Python, Apache Spark (PySpark), Kubernetes, Django
Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming, and distributed computing frameworks.
Experience in optimizing and deploying AI models on GPU clusters, leveraging parallel processing capabilities for large-scale deep learning and generative AI applications.
multi-GPU training and distributed computing frameworks such as TensorFlow Distributed, PyTorch Distributed, and Horovod to accelerate AI/ML workloads.
configuring and managing NVIDIA GPU and GCP (TPUs, GPU instances)
7-10 years total experience
