Job Description

We're seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in improving and modernizing our accounting processes, contributing to the smooth operation of our financial systems.

Your Responsibilities:

Monitor daily bank account transactions, using your investigative skills to resolve any discrepancies.
Manage general ledger postings, focusing on improving overall efficiency.
Coordinate deposits from over 70 remote locations.
Enhance systems to streamline vendor payments.
Leverage your experience to identify opportunities to modernize and improve accounting systems.
Collaborate with the accounting team, providing support where needed.

What We're Looking For:

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business, or 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
Familiarity with Sage Intacct and Great Plains platforms is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
