Qualifications 2+ years of experience in processing individual tax returns Must have active CTEC or PTIN Experience preparing business and multi-state tax filings. Familiarity with tax resolution procedures and compliance guidelines. Job Description We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Tax Preparer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in tax preparation and a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations. This role requires proficiency in tax preparation software and a commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards. Responsibilities + Prepare tax returns for individuals and small businesses, including federal and state filings, under the review of an in-house CPA. + Support clients by requesting and organizing relevant financial documents. + Analyze IRS transcripts to identify compliance concerns. + Collaborate with sales and resolution teams to assist with client inquiries. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
