In this role, we need someone dedicated to leading this process end-to-end from content to API references to branding and look and feel.
Duties will include:
Migrating our customer’s documentation from other platforms (such as Readme, Docusaurus, Gitbook) to Mintlify
Managing the current Mintlify documentation
Creating showcases of a customer’s current docs on Mintlify
Consulting with our customers in their documentation strategy
Expertise in Git editing workflow and docs-as-code
Familiarity with MDX (Markdown)
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clarify technical concepts
Understanding of technical writing best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented and adaptable to new technologies
Nice to have:
Javascript, CSS, HTML
Previous technical writing experience at a company or agency
Familiarity with existing documentation toolsets and platforms
Familiarity with SDK documentation
Familiarity with API references
