Job Overview
We are looking for a UX/UI Designer who is passionate about creating meaningful user experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving design solutions that delight our users.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute user-centered design tasks for digital products and services
Execute user research methodologies, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, and contribute to their planning, analysis, and reporting
Develop user personas, journey maps, and detailed user flows
Design wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and clickable prototypes
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user needs into design solutions
Conduct user testing and iterate on designs based on feedback and data insights
Maintain design consistency across products and contribute to the development of design systems
Present and explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences
Qualifications
Required
US citizen, eligible to obtain a security clearance (Public Trust)
3-5 years of professional UX design experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating a user-centered design approach
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and the Adobe Suite
Experience with design systems and component libraries
Advanced prototyping skills
Strong understanding of UX research methodologies
Preferred
Experience working with federal clients and understanding their unique requirements and constraints
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
UX certification
Understanding of analytics
