Talent Solutions RPO is seeking a Recruiter who will specialize in supporting a key client's business needs, with the drive to understand talent, help others develop, and connect their skills to meaningful work. You will use your strong communication, organizational and technology skills to drive all aspects of recruitment and provide exceptional customer service to our candidates and clients. This W2 contract role requires availability to work during Eastern Time Zone hours and involves resume review and scheduling and collaborating with other Recruiters for candidate movement. Candidates should be client-facing, comfortable on camera, and able to handle high-volume recruitment for field technicians and customer service representatives in wired services. Recruiters with 4+ years of experience are encouraged to apply and can work remotely from any location.
