Are you passionate about supporting executives from the comfort of your home? We're seeking an experienced Virtual Executive Assistant/Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll work with multiple clients in a fast-paced, virtual environment, helping to manage a variety of tasks that require a high level of organization and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple clients efficiently while working under pressure.
Oversee executive assistant tasks, such as managing marketing systems, website updates, content creation, and social media management.
Ensure seamless customer experience and client flow.
Prepare and share daily and weekly reports for clients.
Track and report time and tasks accurately.
Participate in team meetings and lead client meetings as needed.

Strong background in customer service and client relations.
Hands-on experience with platforms like Wix, Google Suite, Asana, WordPress, CRM tools, and more.

Excellent problem-solving abilities, especially in creating systems and processes.
High attention to detail, with impeccable grammar and writing skills.
Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent educational background.
At least 4 years of experience in an administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, CRM platforms, and project management software.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in executive assistant or project management roles.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A well-equipped home office, including a Mac or PC, high-speed internet, video conferencing tools, and a professional workspace.
