Ladgov Corporation is seeking certified, experienced Virtual Wellness Instructors to provide live and recorded online wellness classes for Veterans and Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) employees across VISN-5 Medical Centers and CBOCs in Maryland, Washington D.C., West Virginia, Ohio, Kentucky, and Virginia
Job Title: Virtual Wellness InstructorTeach a range of CIH approaches including but not limited to: Yoga (Yin, Vinyasa, Power), Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Meditation, and Guided Imagery .
Adapt instruction for special populations , including older Veterans (60+), amputees, prenatal participants, and those with mobility challenges (e.g., Parkinson’s, paraplegia) .
Customize class difficulty levels to suit No Experience, Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced participants.
Yoga Instructors must hold a current RYT-200 Certification .
Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing services of comparable size and complexity.
Previous engagement with VA Whole Health or similar federal wellness initiatives is preferred .
