You may review, modify, or update your information by visiting and logging into the careers section of the system. **Job Description:** At Regions, the Wealth Management Strategic Execution Partner supports one or more business segments within Wealth Management and is responsible for defining the strategy and leading the execution of key business initiatives to improve the overall operational and financial performance of the business. This role is also responsible for the execution, including implementation, project communication and change management, of business changes. **Primary Responsibilities** + Operates as a strategic partner and liaison for assigned business segment(s), developing and executing transformational strategies + Supports the full life cycle of strategic projects from inception to execution, formulating solutions to key business issues and opportunities + Assists with executing both technical and non-technical initiatives, while identifying continuous improvement opportunities + Performs post-implementation effectiveness reviews + Assists with identifying unmet needs and goals of assigned business unit(s), performs root cause analysis to recommend, prioritize, and facilitate the appropriate corresponding strategy + Proactively discovers new opportunities for revenue generation and innovation via extensive customer and market research, monitoring industry & economic trends, conducting competitive analysis, and recognizing potential enhancements + Partners with Technology, PMO, Marketing, Finance, Data & Analytics, Risk & Compliance, Legal, Procurement, etc. + May serve as a product owner, maximizing the value of the products used within the business segments, to include management of the product roadmap, budget and backlog. This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. The job is typically Transactional (100%) **Requirements** + Bachelor's degree in appropriate discipline + Three (3) years of experience in strategic project, product or program management **Preferences** + Wealth Management experience + Experience with product management, business case development, cost and risk analysis, and estimation + Experience in process improvement, project delivery, business/requirements analysis or business operations + Experience in project and product implementation, communication & change management + Asset Management, Investment Management and/or Private Wealth Management experience **Skills & Competencies** + Ability to clearly articulate complex concepts, features, and benefits to any audience + Ability to work well in cross-functional teams and build collaborative relationships across the organization + Effective listening, analytical and relationship building skills + Strong communication & negotiation skills + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applicable databases **Position Type** Full time **Compensation Details** Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
