As a Wellness Coach, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients toward healthier lifestyles and better overall well-being. You will work closely with our clients to develop personalized wellness plans, provide ongoing support, and encourage sustainable lifestyle changes. Your expertise will directly impact our clients’ satisfaction and retention, enhancing their experience with Garzor Insurance.

We offer a competitive hourly salary range of $59 - $62, along with a supportive work environment that values your professional development and personal growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized wellness programs for clients
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to assess client needs and goals
• Provide guidance on nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle modifications
• Monitor client progress and adjust wellness plans as needed
• Deliver engaging wellness workshops and group sessions
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance client care
• Stay updated on wellness trends and best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Wellness Coach or similar role
• Strong knowledge of health and wellness principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients
• Certification in wellness coaching, nutrition, or related field
• Experience with virtual coaching and remote client management
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in using digital tools and platforms for coaching
